Starify Education emerged as an organization with a profound mission to address the wealth disparities worldwide. Driven by students with a passion for social justice, Starify Education aims to ensure that every student, regardless of their background or circumstances, could access quality education. By bridging the gap between privilege and disadvantage, the organization sought to create a level playing field where talent and ambition could flourish without being hindered by socioeconomic barriers.

Reach out to a school in Ya’an
In March 2022, Starify Education began its first outreach initiative, extending a helping hand to a village in Ya'an, China. Ya'an, a city facing economic challenges, had a population of students who lacked the resources and support to receive a proper education. Understanding the urgency of the situation, Starify Education collaborated closely with local teachers to assess the specific needs of the students.

Expanded to different regions across China
In July of 2022, Starify Education expanded its outreach program to areas like Xinjiang, and Nanjing. Its student body grew from a single student to a count of over ten, encompassing a diverse range of grade levels.

Expanded our volunteer team and students
Recognizing the importance of collective efforts, the organization created flyers and social media accounts to seek out high school students who are willing to help. Also with the increase in student enrollment, Starify Education recognized the importance of providing a high-level curriculum to meet the diverse needs of all students. To support this endeavor, the organization took steps to generate additional funding. It organized book sales and baking sales, engaging the community in fundraising activities that not only raised funds but also fostered a sense of shared purpose.
